Perfect Filter Paper Fit for Precision Brewing

Whether you're using an origami dripper, a wave dripper, or a V60, the Anchor allows you to fine-tune the filter paper's angle for a snug fit. 
This ensures the filter paper lies flat against the dripper walls, effectively preventing bypass.

*Bypass occurs when water bypasses the coffee grounds during brewing, flowing directly through gaps between the filter paper and the dripper, 
mixing with the extracted coffee and affecting flavor consistency.





Flexible Adjustment for a Perfect Fit


The top rotation knob allows free adjustment of the pressing angle, making it versatile for use with cone-shaped and wave drippers.
